On Sunday,October 28th, Summertime period ends in Europe. On Sunday, November 4th, Daylight Saving Time ends in the United States. The time changes marks the beginning of the Winter Shortwave schedule.
In Europe 6.110 will be from 1400 to 1600 UT. At the same time, 13.810 targeting the Middle East will be from 1400 to 1600 UT, and 15.325 targeting Africa will also be from 1400 to 1600. In the evenings in Europe, 6.170 will begin transmitting to Europe from 2000 to 2200 UT. In the US, the times and frequencies from WWRB shortwave remain the same.
Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) during the winter months will be 5 hours ahead of Eastern Standard Time. So after November 4th 6.110 will start at 9 :00 AM EST.
