Travel restrictions N.O.W. here!

Electronic passports with tagging chips are now  being issued by the US government and are now mandated.  See the Homeland Security press releases here. e-passport, travel restrictions .

Passports issued before October 2005 and don't have a machine readable code will not be accepted.   If you have an old passport it is no longer valid.  The borders are tightening down and you will not able to travel without the government's permission.  They are now processing your information through their databases to allow or forbid travel.   Remember Cold War Russia?  Where's your PASS card (People, Access Security Service)?
